About the role:

Our 24/7 contact centre is located in the heart of Parramatta CBD, close to public transport.

At the Ventia Operations Centre (VOC), we work closely with a diverse range of clients who are active participants of several front-line public services and sectors.


On a daily basis you'll:

  • Make outbound calls to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, predominately contractors to discuss work orders to be completed. This is not a high volume inbound or sales role.
  • Case management of service outcomes/managing urgent or high priority work order needing fast resolution.
  • Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and documents.

What we are looking for:

  • First and foremost a good, positive attitude who can work in a team environment and a willingness to learn.
  • We use several systems so you must be technologically savvy with experience working with computers and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
