We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Business Support Officer. This position is essential in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service while maintaining efficient business operations.

This role is an excellent opportunity to join our Customer Network Solutions team, where you will be based in a collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers through various communication channels.
  • Offer timely and knowledgeable advice regarding business processes and systems, including SAP, Microsoft 365, and CRM platforms, ensuring level 1 support for system-related inquiries.
  • Embrace new technologies and actively contribute to the enhancement of our Customer Network Solutions technology strategy.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes, focusing on streamlining operations within the Customer Connection Teams.
  • Support business functions by proactively addressing issues and following up as necessary.
  • Oversee administrative tasks throughout the connection process, ensuring a smooth customer experience while safeguarding Endeavour Energy's interests.
  • Handle challenging customer interactions and complex inquiries with professionalism and composure.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver valuable service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high standard of work efficiency and promote a positive, customer-centric image of the organization.
