About the Job:

Are you ready to take on the role of Retail Facilities Manager for a busy shopping center in Adelaide's northern suburbs? If you are a talented and results-driven individual looking to step up in the retail industry, this opportunity is for you

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and contributing to the objectives of the Asset and Business Plan
  • Building collaborative relationships with retailers, operators, contractors, key local community groups, authorities, customers, and guests
  • Managing the asset, fixtures, plant, and equipment in line with legislative requirements
  • Proactively managing the performance of cleaning and security teams
  • Identifying maintenance requirements and coordinating task completion
  • Ensuring all building services are functioning and monitored
  • Managing capital projects to budget and delivery plans

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in the Shopping Centre industry, ideally in Facilities or Operations Management
  • Client-oriented approach with strong relationship-building skills
  • Team player with proactive and self-motivated qualities
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding customer service and leadership abilities
  • Trades Qualification
