We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Angus & Coote Pty. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees and customers.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
