About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Cairns Smithfield. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring that the store is run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store's visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and window displays.

Requirements:

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
