This is a Permanent Full-Time vacancy based at our Burton location and reporting to the General Manager, People, Culture & Safety.

No day is ever the same in this fast-paced Generalist position; your daily challenges are only a drop in the ocean and would involve:

  • Workforce & Capability Planning;
  • Remuneration & Benefits;
  • Recruitment & Selection;
  • Performance Management;
  • Training & Development;
  • Employee & Industrial Relations;
  • Coaching & mentoring Managers and Supervisors in HR activities;
  • Providing HR Support to International offices in UAE & India;
  • Lead and manage a small team to ensure quality, timely & appropriate human resources support.
In addition to the 'right Osmoflo attitude', this hands-on HR role will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or Law;
  • A proven track record in human resources management and the ability to work collaboratively in a high performing HR team;
  • A flexible and adaptable approach and the ability to embrace a changing environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and develop a small HR team;
  • A true generalist that has experience supporting training & development, recruitment and IR/ER.
