The role

As part of a professional HR team in a growing organisation, the HR Coordinator will provide assistance and support to the HR Operations, Recruitment and Learning and Development teams.
- Coordinate the admin for employees’ end-to-end HR lifecycle, including on-boarding, employee changes and exit processes.
- Contract generation and other employment related letters
- Deliver HR induction to all new starters and ensure the induction pack is kept up to date
- Provide accurate HR reports and insights to the HR team, Senior Management, and other employees as required
- Assist with the coordination of the annual salary review process
- Maintenance of HRIS and employee files
- Maintenance of HR forms and update policy, procedures, employee handbook and HR intranet pages where necessary
- Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home / office, 9 day fortnight and part time (0.8 FTE minimum) will be considered for this role._

About you
- Your skills and experience will include:_
- Qualifications in Human Resources or similar
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (essential)
- Highly customer focused with excellent communication and diplomacy skills
- Strong telephone, verbal, and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively establish working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary HR practices
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise work and meet established timeframes
