Join BlueScope's Talent Team as a Talent Partner Lead on a 12-month fixed term basis. BlueScope is focused on developing its people to adapt to the future demands of the business. The role entails leading recruitment efforts and ensuring the organization has the right skills for upcoming challenges.

BlueScope is actively involved in various projects to prepare for tomorrow's needs, especially in the context of the shift towards a low-carbon economy where steel plays a crucial role.

To achieve these goals, BlueScope needs talented individuals, and that's where you come in. They are seeking an experienced team leader in internal recruitment to join their welcoming team for this unique opportunity. The position is based in Port Kembla, NSW, with hybrid working options available.

Your Responsibilities

Working under the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team managing all recruitment activities across Australia. As a senior advisor, you will drive recruitment operations for your portfolio, ensuring the organization has the right talent mix for current and future needs.

As a Talent Partner Lead, you will:

  • Ensure best recruitment practices aligned with business requirements
  • Lead and mentor a team of Talent Partners
  • Engage with customers to provide talent updates, reports, and SLAs
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior and technical roles
  • Explore new talent sources through proactive search strategies
  • Develop creative recruitment campaigns
  • Support key Talent projects
  • Promote the organization's purpose and employee brand

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in internal recruitment within a large organization. You should have led a team previously or played a senior role guiding junior colleagues.

  • Commitment to enhancing candidate and employee experiences
