We are looking for a Program Lead who will help support the day-to-day running of the McGrath Breast Care Nurse (MBCN) program.

**If successful, you will be responsible for**:

- Building strong engagement and relationships with a portfolio of MBCNs
- Working closely with Clinical Leaders and line managers to ensure MBCNs are highly supported and any issues, conflicts or complaints are managed effectively
- Embedding McGrath Model of Care for new MBCNs / new positions
- Coordinating inductions, catch-ups, contract renewals and attendance at conferences for MBCNs, collaborating with wider Foundation teams to facilitate the gathering of nurse stories and media opportunities
- Ensuring accuracy of nursing management records in Salesforce and assisting with processing / analysing Nurse Portal information

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Health Sciences, Public Health or Allied Health
- Experience in a health-related field
- Strong understanding of operating environment: breast cancer environment, nursing, health services and structures
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and time management skills
- Experience managing budgets, project expenditure and delivering organisational outcomes
