_As a Strata Manager you will be responsible for:_

  • Managing a strata portfolio
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Managing correspondence via phone and written communication
  • Providing advice based on current legislation
  • Dispute resolution
  • Managing maintenance and projects
  • Budgets and forecasting
  • Contract management
  • Preparing meeting agendas, chairing committee meetings and recording meeting minutes
To be successful in this role, you must have 2-3 years prior Strata Management experience. You must have the proven ability to handle disputes and meet strict deadlines in a timely manner.
