The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of buildings, liaising with Owners Corporations, arranging quotations and repairs, preparing agendas and minutes for meetings, and conducting periodic inspections. You will also be involved in business development and will have the support of a dedicated administration team.

The Candidate:
  • Previous experience in strata management is essential
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are necessary
  • High level of computer skills is essential
