Full-time temporary position until July 2024, offering a competitive base salary of $104k - $112k pa (TAFE Worker Level 8):

ABOUT YOU


This role is suited to someone with limited position description writing experience wanting to build their capability in this area, or a more experienced position description writer keen to ply their craft in a large organisation such as TAFE NSW.


In either case, you will have the opportunity to develop and evaluate executive and non-executive position descriptions in collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation, as well as support the development of new tools and processes to ensure the team continues to operate to a high standard.


  • Some experience developing position descriptions across diverse business functions
  • An understanding of job evaluation, if not direct experience in conducting job evaluations
  • Experience in consulting stakeholders on job analysis and design and/or broader HR matters and advice to support job analysis and position design
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
