THE OPPORTUNITY


The Policy Writer is responsible for supporting and performing activities related to the development, delivery and implementation of policy and procedures initiatives and reforms that support organisational objectives.

The role assists in reviewing of policies and procedures for currency, availability, fit for purpose and compliance and undertaking the writing of policies, procedures and guidelines.


ABOUT YOU


To succeed in this role you will have significant experience providing administration and business support, and writing technical documentation (policies, procedures and guidelines) that is fit for purpose, customer focused, aligns with business processes and are compliant with standards.


You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain clear and constructive internal and external stakeholder relationships.

You will be a keen problem solver, eager to assist in maximising value, resolving issues, and finding pragmatic user focused solutions.

You will have great attention to detail as you ensure that written policy and related documentation is of the highest quality and is delivered to key deadlines and agreed targets.
