Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity through welldeveloped organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong accuracy and data entry skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to learn internal software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills.
  • Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.
  • Willingness to assist with all resident, representative and staff enquiries.
  • Commitment to professional development and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
  • A probationary period up to 6 months will apply.
  • Attendance and completion of training will be required.
  • National Police Check.

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a Aged Care Facility.
  • Dementia experience.
  • Experience using LeeCare.
