We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Regis Aged Care Homes. As a Nurse Leader in Residential Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Manage medication administration, documentation, and reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing)
- Experience in aged care or a related field, with a strong understanding of AN-ACC funding systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain accurate records
