About the role:


Working with Group Customer Insights, the role of Analyst, Research Data & Operations is responsible for managing, organising and enhancing customer experience data and supporting the build and development of the Group "Voice of the Customer" program.


You will support the Principal Manager, Research Data & Operations to optimise the system for the collection and dissemination of customer experience research data including the provision of top line insight, reporting and visualisation of results.

The Analyst will support the administration of CX platforms, as well as maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while prioritising and managing program commitments.


This is a broad reaching role, where you will have full exposure to all brands and channels across Suncorp, whilst working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.


What you'll do:

  • Track and monitor; present and communicate trends and "first level" insights from CX research data.
  • Primary role in maintaining oversight and support of existing customer experience insights platform and interaction surveys (Voice of the Customer).
  • Ensure quality outputs relating to measurement of customer experience outcomes, including emerging themes.
  • Support the management of the "Voice of Customer" program including user and survey administration
  • Build analytical tools and visualisation of the customer journey utilising data and verbatim.
  • Monitor and organise critical customer experience data across brands, segments, products and channels
  • Manage projects in relation to customer experience platform including business requirement gathering, stakeholder management and user acceptance testing.
  • Participate in strategic research projects across Customer Insights team as required

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated attention to detail with a focus on data quality (mandatory)
  • Ability to conceptualise BI data solutions (mandatory)
  • Intermediate (2+ years) SQL skills (Desired)
  • Project experience with business requirement gathering, stakeholder management & user acceptance testing. (Desired)
  • Experience analysing diverse data and extracting insights to drive business decisions using large data sets (Desired)
  • Experience with visualisation tools including Tableau/Power BI (Desired)
  • Team player with a cando attitude, innovative, experimental and looking to learn and share thought leadership
