**About the Company**

This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for an Event Research Analyst to conduct research and assessments on allocated events and quality checks on assessments to assess key performance indicators and inform marketing and investment decisions.

**About the Role**
- Conduct and support the delivery of quantitative research and analysis to undertake event evaluation on NSW Government supported events.
- Implement and support event research processes, including procurement, questionnaire design, survey programming, data cleaning and analysis, and reporting to ensure projects meet time and quality requirements.
- Coordinate and support procurement activities including creating purchase orders, processing and tracking invoices and budget tracking to ensure practices meet organizational and public sector procurement requirements.
- Provide a range of financial administrative support including coordinating accounts payable, providing quarterly forecasting and developing and delivering financial reporting analysis to support the assessment of Divisional financial performance.
- Provide a range of professional general administrative and support services including records management and routine correspondence to support the operation of the Division.
- Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the Division including reviewing and maintaining work processes and procedures and recommending opportunities for efficiency and support department knowledge management initiatives and team operational requirements.

**About You**
- Demonstrate strong research experience including research operations and evaluation (Event Research Experience highly valued).
- Demonstrate experience in data analysis and research methodologies.
- Demonstrate project management experience delivering quantitative research reports.
- Demonstrate knowledge of a range of analysis and reporting techniques, technologies and tools including automation, SPSS/Q, Displayr, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate strong communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in analytical/behavioural sciences, marketing/business or demonstrated equivalent professional experience (5+ years).
