As the Junior Research Analyst, you will conduct user research and testing, analyze results, and share insights with the team to champion quality and consistent user experience with business partners.

You will utilize your expertise in data analytics, research, and reporting to continuously improve the end-to-end digital user experience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct and analyze user research to evaluate existing websites and intranets
Validate new ideas, features, and products with user testing
Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to understand business requirements and ensure clear communication and sharing of user research
Work with digital experience team to create user journey and / or service design maps where required
Create reports to inform and influence user-centered design by reviewing and analyzing visitor behavior through heat mapping and metrics.

Requirements:

  • 4 years experience in a research or analyst role, ideally in websites, digital or user experience
Experience with Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics and heat mapping tools
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable with user research workshops and translating notes from meetings to create presentable reports that are clear and accurate
Have a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement, relationship building and general administration tasks
Ability to research the latest technologies, best practices, and online trends to provide recommendations for the team
Experience or working knowledge with Figma / Miro / Adobe is desirable, but not essential
Digital experience with websites and intranets and a passion for understanding customer motivations and business processes.
Excellent communication skills
