TEAM LEADER CROWN GIFTS

FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY
We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Crown Gifts Store in the role of Team Leader.

Reporting to the Crown Gifts Manager, you will be responsible for the continual training, mentoring and daily performance of 15 direct reports.


This can be a fast-paced working environment where the team will have numerous duties including handling gift enquiries and purchases, providing information on deals and packages and tracking online store purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Continual training & development of team, whilst keeping them updated on all new products
  • Ensure the team are meeting sales targets
  • Manage all team projects
  • Seek out and monitor Customer feedback
  • Ensure all Crown standards are met and policies & procedures are adhered to
  • Stock management & visual merchandising

What you need:

  • A passion for the Retail and Service Industry
  • Previous management experience essential
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional grooming standards to meet 5 star expectations
  • Confidence and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge Opera operations is highly advantageous
  • Full time availability across a 7 day roster between the hours of 8:30am and 9pm
