With the finest product lines, a vast array of treatments and a superior focus on the client's journey, this is one of Australia's premier spa facilities.

Containing over 16 treatment rooms, this is a continuously moving environment focused on five star service to guests.


We currently have a unique opportunity available for an experienced administration professional to join our Crown Spa team in the role of Administration Assistant.

Reporting to the Spa Manager, this role will provide administrative support to Crown Spa, including invoicing, reporting and stock management.

To succeed in this role you will have a genuine interest in the health & wellness industry and have a strong administration background.


Duties will include:

  • Management of stocktakes, ordering and maintaining stock levels
  • Processing invoices, internal charges and accruals for finance
  • Liaise directly with both internal and external stakeholders regarding ordering, promotions and invoicing
  • Ensuring compliance within databases through accurate data entry and auditing
  • General administrative support to Crown Spa management
  • Compiling and analysing data and reports.
  • Assist guests at Reception where required.

What you need:

  • Proven experience in a fast paced administration or clerical role
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience using database systems
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A high level of attention to detail with the ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Previous experience with managing stock, financial invoicing and reporting
