The Bid Administrator is a key role in our Pre-contracts team, as it coordinates and manages our tenders.Work Type:

About the role:
Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the group with all tender submissions.
This will include, but is not limited to:
- Supporting administration functions of our pre-contracts team
- Managing tender alerts and due dates
- Reviewing tender documentation to determine requirements in the planning of tenders
- Compiling documents for tender submission
About you:
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in construction or similar industry
- Proficiency using Adobe and Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work in pressure with fixed tender deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
