Our client has a fresh approach to Strata Management that services premium residential and commercial schemes. Rapidly expanding and growing throughout Sydney, this is an agency focused on building strong relationships to uphold its excellent reputation. This is an opportunity for a Strata Manager to join a tight-knit team operating out of stunning offices in Sydney's CBD

The Role:

Managing a very small portfolio of 10 buildings to start, this is an opportunity that will see you:

  • Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
  • Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
  • Drafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Strata Management
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Have a high level of computer skills
  • The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
  • This role is perfect for someone which is highly knowledgeable in strata & strong at actioning tasks
