About your role
As the Site Administrator will be responsible for providing day to day administration support to the operations team working at the maintenance facility in Newcastle

_Key responsibilities will include:
_


  • Coordinate and assist administrative requirements of the team.
  • General administration duties including; word processing, stationary orders, photocopying, and filing
  • Assist production team by input and maintain maintenance records including work orders, asset movements, service.
  • Assist managers with new starter onboarding and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the project SharePoint, assisting with document control as required.
  • Provide support to the management accountant for invoicing.
  • Providing payroll support to the bluecollar workforce with time sheet entries, processing of leave requests and roster updates.
  • Supporting the management team with reporting.
  • Assisting with accommodation booking and other travel requests.
  • Assisting with raising POs, ordering PPE and managing training records.
  • Ensure compliance with all record keeping requirements.
  • Undertake any adhoc projects, initiatives, tasks as directed by the Area Business Manager

About you

  • Strong communication skills (oral & written)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Administration
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
  • Intermediate Microsoft skills
  • Prior experience using SAP or other related ERP systems desirable.
  • Confident in a Heavy Manufacturing environment
