What you'll do

As a Healthcare Professional Support Specialist you'll provide outbound engagement and direct nurturing of leads as part of an integrated omnichannel system.

You will work cross functionally with our insights, analytics, digital and sales teams to identify opportunities for optimal support.

Essential for the role

  • Degree qualified or similar
  • Strong digital literacy and business acumen
  • Ability to build strong rapport
  • Ability to make dataled decisions
  • Passion for working crossfunctionally within a diverse team to deliver outcomes
  • High level of personal leadership and initiative

Desirable for the role

  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Understanding of the ANZ healthcare environment
