**About the Role**

We currently have an opportunity for a professional and self-motivated individual to join our Sales Team as a **Sales Representative **based in Qld. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will have you responsible to deliver technical advice and drive specifications directly with Architects within the commercial construction and building industry.

The key responsibilities for this role will include but is not limited to:

- Securing plans from Architects and Commercial Builders to ensure our products are specified and supplied
- Driving growth by developing and maintaining key relationships
- Conducting competitor and customer needs analysis
- Reporting market intelligence on business opportunities and new markets
- Tracking projects from early stages until completion using our CRM system
- Demonstrating your products’ effectiveness to potential customers

**About You**

With a solid background in successful sales, you will be results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales and strong desire to hunt for new business. Experience working within the architectural, construction and building industries is preferred.

You will bring:

- Previous experience and a network in Architectural practices
- The ability to read and interpret commercial building plans
- Experience working with Architectural software packages
- Knowledge of the commercial construction industry and its processes as well as BCA and local standards
- Excellent computer skills and strong communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as a team
- Proven experience in tracking projects from design to completion
