The role
The procurement team play a key strategic role in delivering the best value for Crown.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver essential goods and services for the business, to help us create joyful experiences for our guests.


We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager to lead a team of procurement professionals who support our food and beverage business units.

This role is key in driving the execution of strategic sourcing plans with a focus on operations management. Accountable for food, beverage and general supplies. You will be responsible for;

  • Support the team by planning and initiating sourcing activities to help identify products and/or suppliers.
  • Lead sourcing projects with a focus on optimising cost, quality, delivery and technology standards
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers driving continuous improvement and being the point of contact for new innovative products and specials.
  • Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation and policies and procedures in relation to Responsible Service of Gaming (including training), and the Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct.

About you


To be successful in this role you will be a passion leader who has experience managing relatively large teams with a focus on developing capability and excellent levels of service.

Ideally you will have a strong background in both procurement and hospitality/restaurant purchasing. You will also have;

  • A business/commerce/economics or finance degree would be beneficial
  • Leadership mentoring and coaching skills
  • Excellent supplier management skills and proven experience delivering product sourcing strategies.
- able to identify and deliver sustained cost saving and cost containment opportunities

  • Welldeveloped communication and presentations skills, able to influence at all levels internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation, as well as strong negotiating and influencing ability
