The Role:
Newly created role to provide support to our growing Procurement team.

Excellent opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to execute on procurement strategies, leverage key suppliers whilst ensuring compliance with group procurement policy.


The role is accountable to the Head of Procurement and the incumbent can work flexibly from home and from our new Southbank office - hybrid work model.

Reasonable requests for part-time work will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver endtoend sourcing activities for indirect spend, including facilities, travel and others
  • Management of key contracts, ensuring delivery of services is achieved within cost targets while meeting stakeholder requirements
  • Provide relevant reporting and ensure compliance with local and group reporting requirements
  • Manage supply risks through analysis of supply chain, financials and HSE (health, safety and environment)
  • Act in support of ENGIE's objectives around ethics, Indigenous reconciliation, and carbon emissions reduction

About You:


To be successful in this role, you will have relevant procurement experience including end-to-end sourcing - planning, negotiations and ongoing supplier management.

You understand best practice procurement processes and will provide recommendations on improvement opportunities.


You have well developed interpersonal skills and comfortable working with and presenting to all levels of hierarchy, including senior management.

You ensure accountability by holding self and others accountable to meet commitments and collaborate with others to meet shared objectives.
