The Opportunity

  • Work on a premium asset in Newcastle for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall.
  • Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services(hard and soft services) within the building
  • Risk management compliance and sustainability initiatives
  • To be responsible for the efficient, safe, costeffective operation, maintenance, and development of all services
  • To support the property teams through operational and facilities management delivery and advice

About you:

  • Facilities management experience preferably within a commercial asset
  • Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural
