Position: Facility Manager - Aged Care Nursing Home

Location: Kimberley Region, Western Australia

We are seeking a Facility Manager for an aged care nursing home in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia. About the Role:
As the Facility Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our aged care facility, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a supportive and professional environment for both staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant aged care standards and regulations.
  • Manage and support a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Monitor and manage the facility's budget and resources.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care and services.

Qualifications:

  • Nursing degree and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Proven experience in aged care management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care.
