About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Change Management Specialist to join our People Centre of Excellence team in a permanent full time position.

In this role you will be responsible for providing Change Management support to current and future projects across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Manager People Centre of Excellence you will also be responsible for providing Change Management education, resources and process management.

About you

To be successful in this role, it is a requirement to be able to drive positive change outcomes for project, work autonomously and to tight deadlines and work comfortably in a continuous improvement work environment.

The knowledge, skills and experience best suited to this role include:

  • Knowledge and experience of Change management methodology (experience with Prosci methodology is preferred)
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and sponsors to achieve desired return on investments
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking with expert problemsolving and coaching abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build longlasting, collaborative relationships with other employees.
  • A straightforward, confident, and open communicator with the ability to convey messages clearly, concisely and persuasively.
