Opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join our expanding Hire Room as a Hire Administrator, this integral part of the team will provide support with administrative and data management tasks, on a full time basis working Monday to Friday 7 am - 5 pm at our Newcastle branch.

Daily tasks will include;

  • Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with Transport and order allocation.
  • Assist with processing customer orders, hire estimates, off hires, and invoices.
  • Follow up on account queries.
  • Providing additional support to the General Manager and Sales Team as required.

  • Experience in a similar role is desired, applicants with industry experience or call center experience will be highly regarded.
  • Advanced computer skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team,
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • A desire to learn and the motivation to succeed.
