Accounts Administrator

Due to a staff member being called for Jury Duty, the accounts team requires an administrator who is happy to perform an autonomous, eye-for-detail role within a small but professional and supportive team.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Entering Invoices and Purchase Orders (In-house system)
- Investigating discrepancies and anomalies in orders/invoices
- Coding and Entry of completed documents (MS Excel)
The ability to multi-task, bring new ideas and prioritise daily tasks will lead to success in this role. Intermediate computer literacy is required (MS Office), as well as a solid background in accounts/administration.
This role is estimated to be for 7 weeks (Full-time hours), with possible ongoing potential. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, with start times varying between 7.00am-9.30am and finish times between 3.00pm-5.00pm. Whatever works best for you.
Having access to your own transport is highly advantageous, as there is free parking on-site.
