About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Administration Clerk** to join our Mazda team on a full-time basis based in Burwood.
As an
Administration Clerk, you will be someone who enjoys is organised, tidy, and loves working in a team environment with great communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Complies and maintains records of business transactions and office activities within their assigned area.
- Provide exceptional value adding and customer service to internal and external parties, where relevant
- Ensure accuracy to all documentation including spreadsheets, appointments and bookings as required
- Provide general administration support to the relevant operations team, where required
- General journals
- Adhoc administration duties
- Register vehicles in line with Frizelle Sunshine guidelines
- Complete and authorise registrations
- Process internal paperwork concerning deliveries
- Support sales departments as required
- Reconciliations
- Process registration for New and Used Vehicles using the online registration system
- Process New and Used Vehicle deals using inhouse dealer management system
- Support the team in daily operational requirements of department
- Support the team in reconciling select financial accounts
- Maintain documented processes and offer input on how to improve these processes
- Assist the team with projects and adhoc tasks as required
Requirements for the role will involve the following:
- Experience in a similar role within a Retail Automotive Service Department
- Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
- Punctual and reliable with strong ability to respond adaptively to high pressure situations
- Have a professional attitude and be well organised
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate care and attention to detail
- Have the right to work in Australia with residency entitlements
