This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator/Officer to join a small team for a short-term contract role. Ideal if you have just completed a contract or if you are looking for an interim role where you can utilise your skills set. You will be joining a well-respected organisation, providing exceptional customer support, stakeholder engagement and administration support within the HR field.
**Your role**
As an operational HR Administrator/ Officer you will have responsibility for providing HR related operational and administrative support to the Human Resources Director and the wider organisation. This is a hands-on role, managing all front-line HR queries and administration support. Joining the team during a period of change and reporting to the Director of Human Resources your duties will include:
- Providing HR support to your stakeholder group
- Providing advice on all relevant HR activities including leave balance, payroll queries, award interpretation etc
- Employee contract management
- Manage all HR Administration relevant to your stakeholder group.
**Your Profile**
You will have experience in an operational HR Administrator/Officer role, where you're able to provide customer support and query resolution in the HR field. You will have a down to earth personality with a natural sense of empathy. You will be proactive by nature and have strong organisational skills being able to manage multiple tasks in your workload.
You will be rewarded with working for an extremely supportive team. This is a busy role and gives you the opportunity to support the HR Director in the day-to-day activities of the HR department on a short-term basis.
