Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for business development initiatives, offering technical advice, developing concept solutions, and budgets.
- Oversee bid processes including bid plan development, process solution agreement, cost estimation, risk assessment, and proposal preparation.
- Lead Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) proposal development, defining client deliverables, resource allocation, costing, timing, and facilitating client negotiations.
- Project manage ECIs to ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon high-quality deliverables within budget.
- Support internal teams and external partners in project execution.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field, specializing in process engineering and water treatment technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Engineering, Bid Development, or Project Management, preferably in the water industry.
- Proficiency in membrane technologies and membrane-based water treatment solutions.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities within team settings with both local and remote members.
- Strong time management skills, capable of working under pressure and making well-informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
