The
Ad Tech Support Specialist will scope, recommend and implement best practice digital ad tech for all SWM's new commercial platforms and opportunities.
By becoming a key internal ad tech specialist across SWM, this role will act as a key champion across the SWM group to ensure best-in-class, ad tech and ad tech practices are implemented properly across all SWM digital assets.
Based in Eveleigh and reporting to the Head of Ad Tech and Ad Platforms you'll:
- Provide technical support to sales teams.
- Ensure that AdTech systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot issues with AdTech systems.
- Work with clients to resolve issues with campaigns.
- Monitor AdTech systems to ensure they are performing optimally.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that AdTech systems are integrated properly.
- Contribute to team roadmap development for the AdTech team.
- Stay up to date with the latest AdTech trends and technologies.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve the development and operations of AdTech.
We are looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years of Ad Technology and/or Operations Management experience, in digital media monetization within a media publisher or agency.
- Experience with Ad Servers such as Google Ad Manager, Supply Side and Demand Side Platforms.
- Knowledge of AdTech systems and technologies such as VAST,
- Ability to balance priorities in a fastmoving environment with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills to develop positive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy on all aspects of advertising operations and delivery.
- Display a positive and proactive attitude and a readiness to help with growth of new business.
