We are looking for talented HR Generalist to work on the Hivestack HR Team to support EMEA and APAC region.

How You'll Make an Impact?

Your role is important for the growth of Hivestack and attaining company objectives. Working collaboratively with the HR Director, the HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Everything you will do will be to attract and create positive, memorable experiences for candidates, employees, and management right from the initial sourcing and introduction stages through the employee cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

What tools are we working with?

  • HiBob HR as our HRIS including performance management
  • Greenhouse as our ATS
  • Any experience with project management would be an asset
  • Google drive and email
  • Linkedin recruiter
  • Precipio as LMS

What do you need to perform in this job

  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management or any related discipline
  • HRI Designation is a nice to have
  • Knowing Labour Laws in other APAC countries would be consider a plus
  • A min of 5 years of professional experience is required to perform in this position
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (any other language is a bonus)
