HR Partners is in search of a HR Advisor to join our client, a leading financial services organisation recognised for its inclusive culture and excellent career progression.
In this varied role, you would be joining a dedicated and collaborative team where you will work closely with an assigned HR Business Partner and support in delivering high-quality HR services across the organisation, focusing on performance management, employee relations, and HR policy advice.
This is a true generalist role where you will gain exposure to working with senior leaders in the business and driving employee engagement.
Operating in an autonomous environment whilst also being given the mentoring and guidance to succeed, this is an ideal role for a HR professional looking to take the next step in their career with a best practice business.
Main responsibilities;
- Work closely with your assigned HR Business Partner to provide high quality HR advice across your business units
- Work closely with the businesses leaders to ensure employee engagement and positive employee communications
- Provide market insights into employee benefit offerings to ensure the business remains competitive in the marketplace
- Partner with the broader P&C team to roll out a number of people focussed initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a seasoned HR professional (ideally a Snr HR Coordinator or Advisor) with experience in ER and Performance Management. You will need to have a collaborative attitude and be happy to roll up your sleeves to support your team and stakeholders.
