events within Hillcrest Christian College. This is a permanent full-time position with an immediate start.

ROLE DESCRIPTION - EVENTS MANAGER


ROLE
The Events Manager under the direction of the Director of Operations, is responsible for planning, organising, and
executing successful events within the College from start to finish. This includes but is not limited to coordinating
- oriented individual with a passion for event planning and a track record of successfully executing events.
To support the College's ethos and the cornerstones, demonstrating this through personal example; interaction
with colleagues, students, parents and the wider community, in their management and in contributing to the
community of the College.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

  • The Hillcrest community, parents, students and staff
  • Directly to the Director of Operations
  • Ultimately, to the Executive Head of College

KEY LIASONS

  • Heads of Community

  • External providers of relevant services.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree in event planning, hospitality or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role highly regarded
  • Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
  • The right to work in Australia
