The Role
We are seeking a Cost Administrator to join Our Rail Services Team based in Brisbane.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the efficient and accurate collation of delivery dockets, plant dockets, and reconciliation against suppliers/subcontractors' invoices
  • Responsible for goods receipting of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Responsible for raising purchase orders as per request from the project team
  • Responsible for the efficient and accurate collation of supporting data and documentation for client payment claim substantiation.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting.
  • Assist project team with procurement and preparation / closeout of purchase orders.
  • Other admin duties as required to support the project teams.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in in cost administration role in a construction environment is preferable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effectively multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to engage in effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet timelines and deliver on commitments.
  • Display initiative and have a proactive approach to delivering the role.
