Our Service Administrator role provides support across the Service and Customer Service team, including costing of retail workshop invoices and processing of warranty and contract maintenance claims. This role will be a great fit if you have automotive industry experience, whether it be in a warranty, invoicing, costing, service support or technical role.

Based at our Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV) Brisbane north dealership in Pinkenba, your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Interpret technician reports for repair order completion in Fusion
  • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders
  • Processing of warranty claims
  • Reconciliation of claim files
  • Manage the daily administration functions of the service department
  • Ensure the daily warranty and retail costing / processing KPI targets are achieved
Your future team

Reporting through the Customer Service Supervisor to the Workshop Manager, you will work in a small team of Service Advisors and Costing Clerk's. The greater workshop team of roughly 35 is made up of Mechanics, Auto-Electricians, Trades Assistants and Apprentices. The team at VCV Brisbane North pride themselves on running a quality operation, in a supportive and good-humoured team environment.

Who are you?

In this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a service support, warranty, costing or invoicing role, or a technical automotive role
  • Automotive industry experience is ideal
  • Proficient with numbers and systems including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to partner with non-finance minded people
  • A positive and team focused outlook
