THE OPPORTUNITY

The Program Manager, Workforce Capability is responsible leading the project management team and driving the design and successful delivery of a capability uplift package to enable confident adoption of various IT solutions across the organisation.

The position ensures strong governance and control of projects, identifying interdependencies, managing risks and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required organisation outcomes.


ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a transformational leader with extensive experience leading and managing multiple projects at portfolio or program level on business transformation or change (or similar) across large complex business areas or organisations.

Prior experience leading large scale learning and development programs would be an advantage.


You have the ability to quickly build rapport and develop partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders to positively engage, influence and collaborate on program/project management strategies.


  • Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Prince 2 certification or other relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Significant program and project management experience in a successful large transformation program.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills and experience in forming effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including with senior leaders
