ABOUT YOU
You are a passionate and experienced Program Manager who prides themselves on their innovation, organisational and leadership skills.
You have demonstrated experience in managing complex change programs including setting a compelling program vision, defining the to-be state and providing direction to create the technology and process blueprint.
You have strong executive stakeholder management skills as you will effectively manage several key relationships including with the Executive Sponsor, Senior Responsible Officer / business owner, the Business Change Manager, and the Program Board.
You have demonstrated that you can manage complex change programs using best practice frameworks such as MSP (Managing Successful Programs) and have experience in organising the delivery team to operate under a scaled agile such as SAFe.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following essential requirements:
- Degree qualification in Project Management or related field or equivalent significant experience in Program Management.
- Extensive experience leading and managing comparable on business transformation and change programs.
- Demonstrated high level stakeholder management skills to positively engage and collaborate on program / project management strategies.
- Strong track record of proactively resolving complex issues to successfully achieve integrated and coordinated delivery.
Desirable
- One or more Program Management certifications such as MSP Practitioner and / or SAFe Release Train Engineer.
