Bookkeeper to join their experienced team in
Shenton Park.
They provide hospitality landowners with management and marketing support across six, 4 1/2 star properties.

Our client is not just dedicated to providing a quality service to their customers, but also to the wider community by supporting a variety of charity and sporting groups.


The role

Reporting to the long-standing Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation by completing the end-to-end AP and AR functions for all 6 properties.

Utilising your excellent attention to detail you will review and distribute pooled income monthly, and provide monthly financial reports (including PnLs) to the executive team.

From time to time, you will provide accounts-related assistance to the Managing Director and their entrepreneurial activities.

It is expected that your day-to-day activities may include:

  • BAS, IAS, and Payroll tax preparation
  • GL reconciliations
  • Month management reports and journals
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Adhoc duties as required
This role presents you with the opportunity to learn about real estate trust accounting as you grow.

About you

You do not need to have a background in hospitality to be successful in this role, all you need is the aptitude to learn and be agile.

Additionally, you will need to provide a current, National Police Clearance to be eligible for this position.
