About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Anaesthetic team on a full-time basis. As an Anaesthetic Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Evidence-Based Care: Provide patient-centered care that is grounded in the latest medical research and best practices.
  • Liaise with the Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Ensure Patient and Staff Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Deliver Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families to empower them to manage their health effectively.

HealthcareLink Support is a leading healthcare provider with a reputation for excellence. Our hospital offers a range of specialties, including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and more. We have 9 operating theatres, 3 angiography labs, and a 10-bed critical care unit, among other facilities.

About You
  • Current AHPRA Registration: Hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards: Demonstrate compliance with the Australian Commission on Quality and Safety in Health Care's national standards.
  • Sound Clinical Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills: Possess strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills to ensure effective patient care.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional communication and customer service to patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to Work Well Independently and within a Team: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High-Level Organisational Skills: Possess strong organisational skills to manage time constraints and priorities.
  • 12 Months Plus Experience in Anaesthetics: Have a minimum of 12 months' experience in anaesthetics, with a strong clinical skillset.
