Job description:

We are seeking a new team member to provide implementation, consulting and support services to our growing client base:

  • =Manage and perform implementations of MYOB Advanced
- =Provide ongoing consulting services to our customers including project scoping, upgrades, training, customisation design and other improvement initiatives.
- =Telephone support, remote support and on-site support.

The following skills and experience will help qualify you for this position:

Requirements (Must have):

  • RAccounting / Business / Management or related qualification.
  • ROnsite ERP implementation experience (management from start to finish of projects) with Mid-Tier Solutions.
  • RDemonstrated experience in Project Management in a software environment.
  • RMust be a selfstarter.
  • RExperience with CRM's, Databases, SQL, Reporting.
  • RExcellent communication skills written and oral. Demonstrated experience in producing Business Blueprint documentation.
  • RMYOB Advanced certification.
  • RExcellent references.

  • RCreating specifications for reports, interfaces and development.
  • RClear and professional communication skills along with the ability to listen and interpret customer needs are paramount.
  • RAssisting customers in making improvements in their businesses through creative and appropriate solutions.
