The Business Support Services Team do this through the provision of strategic and operational human resources and asset management support for the Division.

We aim to deliver timely, accurate and high-quality solutions and outcomes for our corporate workforce (approximately 400 staff).

About the Role As the Senior Corporate Services Officer, you will use your HR knowledge to consult and coordinate activities with relevant management and staff on a variety of HR circumstances, including but not limited to: Vacancy management including recruitment and selection Leave, Pay and Award provisions Performance planning and development About You The ideal applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills, experience and personal attributes: Contemporary generalist HR experience - including knowledge of relevant legislation and directives, HR best practice and ability to quickly interpret relevant policies and procedures.

HR Reporting capability to analyse data, monitor workforce trends and proactively initiate relevant action and discussions with management and executives.

Ability to cultivate productive working relationships at all levels of the organisation Good written and verbal communication skills; including the confidence to present workshops to small groups and management.

Ability to coach and mentor other team members and respect diverse perspectives Dedication to customer service and continuous business improvement.

Humble and agile; able to assist the team with tasks as necessary to meet deadlines and operational requirements.
Familiarity with HRIS, MS Excel and Power BI are all advantageous.
