About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a 100% remote position with a reputable firm known for its positive internal culture, innovation, and work-life balance. You'll collaborate closely with experienced ex-top-tier partners and receive support from junior lawyers on the team.

As a Corporate Senior Associate Lawyer, you'll advise on takeovers, JVs, regulated and off-market corporate M&A, IPOs, and other capital raisings. You'll also have the opportunity to work on corporate advisory, corporate governance, and listings on various stock exchanges.

Requirements
