Diverseco is seeking an experienced and successful Business Development Manager to join our Adelaide sales team.

The Role
Based in our Port Adelaide office, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our positive and dynamic South Australian Team. This is a semi-autonomous role reporting directly to the new State GM who has a vision and passion to drive sustainable growth. A "peoples" person to work with the internal and external customer bases establishing and building rapport is essential.
What Success Looks Like:
- Bringing positive energy at all times.
- Generation leads through referrals, online, social media and own initiatives.
- Interact positively with customers at every level, phone calls, face to face calls, cold calling, site inspections.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Plan with time management being critical following up all leads.
- Use the CRM and ERP to maintain all records.
- Active participation at internal meetings, sales and operations in a positive environment.
- Monitor and report on your sales and pipeline.
- Conduct market analysis with reporting on both customer and competitor activity.
- Live and breathe the Diverseco vision and values.
The Essentials:
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Understanding of the sales process.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Superior time management and coordinating skills.
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Full working rights within Australia
The Desirables:
- Experience in a capital sales role with potential long sales cycles.
- Understanding of selling service contracts
- Understanding of process planning and
- Mechanical aptitude.
