About the Role
The Senior Sales Strategy Manager is a key member of the Endeavour Group Retail Media business, MixIn. Partnering with Merchandising, Media Sales, Advanced Analytics, and Marketing, you will play a key role in creating media sales opportunities that deliver demonstrable value to our suppliers.
Your understanding of BWS and Dan Murphy's trade plans and marketing initiatives will be matched with your depth of knowledge in MixIn's retail media inventory and roadmap; this combination of subject matter expertise will enable you to develop sales initiatives that closely align to our suppliers' trade investments and generate incremental revenue for Endeavour.

Generate retail media revenue (incremental to trade revenue) through the extension of merchandise and marketing activities into media execution via MixIn Participate in trade planning / promo and merchandising initiatives to align retail media sales opportunities to the trade roadmap Create and manage the strategic development for RFPs, pitches, significant brief responses and client strategy meetings Partner with cross-functional teams to gain insights necessary to inform media investment decisions for our suppliers and, in conjunction with market trends, compose a strategic narrative for our sales team Enable access to relevant sales collateral, audience data, analytics information that can be readily used by sales teams on behalf of suppliers and media agencies Create meaningful case studies for internal and external distribution Build relationships with counterparts (suppliers and agencies) to deepen relationships Work closely with product delivery squads to ensure alignment between roadmap, innovation, supplier needs and MixIn's value proposition Provide thought leadership and point of view through your subject matter expertise on retail media, advertising formats, new platforms / technologies and emerging trends Consistently engage with sales leadership to evaluate pitch / campaign win rates to refine the strategicWhat you'll need to succeed..

Experience in media agencies, media sales with a clear, demonstrable understanding of the agency / advertiser dynamic Ecommerce experience (ideally within Retail or FMCG), or Merchandise/Trade experience Track record of building and presenting successful media programs, and seeing them through to execution Proficiency in providing strategic recommendations that meet both commercial objectives and client needs Deep knowledge of digital and traditional media channels - how they fit in the marketing mix and the consumer behaviour / preferences associated with each Proven experience delivering successful projects in a complex, matrixed organisation Applied understanding of media metrics, analytics, attribution and the ability to interpret such data to deliver a commercial narrative Excellent presentation skills - verbal and writtenThe perks are good too
